Attorney Thai Soo Kim of Denver; lying loser 

The state of Colorado provided Thai Soo Kim with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Thai guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Thai received $8,500 from his clients to hold in trust, and then recklessly withdrew $4,000 of these funds without authority from his clients.

Thai also knowingly and repeatedly misrepresented the status of these funds in a pending civil action.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Thai by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Thai practices with Kim Law LLC at 4380 South Syracuse Street in Denver, Colorado.
