Attorney David Johnson of Breckenridge, CO; ethical misfit  

The state of Colorado provided David Stafford Johnson with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Arizona.

The Colorado State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Andy found it acceptable to represent corporation while simultaneously filing a lawsuit against the same corporation, thereby engaging in a conflict of interest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave
