Attorney Francisco Ruybalid of Trinidad, CO; moronic loser   

The state of Colorado provided Francisco E. Ruybalid IV with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Francis guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was the elected District Attorney for the Third Judicial District.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Neglected to provide defense counsel advance notice of ballistic testing
• Neglected to give defense expert witness disclosures
• Failed to make appropriate and timely discovery disclosures
• Sanctioned several times by court regarding discovery abuses
• Court dismissed one criminal case as a discovery sanction
• Failed to properly supervise subordinates
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Francis.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Francisco is an employee of the District Attorney’s Office in Trinidad, Colorado.
