Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Erick. In the past, he has been the recipient of three (3 Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Erick is yet another loser lawyer that figured out early on just how difficult it would be to earn a dishonest living practicing law. He then became a contributor for the Fox News Comedy Network along with running a right-wing blog called RedState.com.

Over the past two months (ca. January to February 2015), Erick has vigorously campaigned for the passage of Senate Bill 129, which is laughingly named “"Religious Freedom Restoration Act" (RFRA) that has already been passed by the Georgia State Senate.

The so-called Freedom Act would permit businesses and state employees the lawful right to discriminate against members of the gay community by refusing to provide them with any services.

In the past, Erick the Bigot has compared gay people to terrorists and stated that he believed that businesses who serve same-sex weddings are “aiding and abetting” sin. Erick has personally lobbied for this unconstitutional discrimination on his radio show at least 5 times and wrote eight blog posts on his RedState blog

In a March 10, 2015 email to his low I.Q. followers and fellow bigots, Erick said:

• “If you are not willing to pick up the phone, we [homophobic bigots] will lose.”
• “Our religious liberty protections in Georgia will start being eroded by left-wing activists inside and outside the judiciary.”
• “Start calling now. Insist they tell the Speaker to bring S.B. 129 to the floor immediately without amendments.”
• “Your right to worship and practice your beliefs is on the line.”

According to Erick the Buffoon, if a bigot claims he/she has a religious belief that gay folks are to be discriminated against, then the law needs to protect said bigots. If this were true, then what would prevent a racist member of the KKK claiming his religious beliefs caused him to prevent African Americans from voting in Mississippi.

Discounting the fact that Erick has made a comfortable living while gay bashing, one must wonder why he spends so much time and energy spewing forth hatred against member sof the gay community. Maybe we need to ask Erick the following relevant question:

“What’s in your closet, Erick?”
