Attorney Robert Brady of Cary, NC; ethical leprechaun

The state of North Carolina presented Robert A. Brady with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly withdrew funds desisted into daughter’s custodial account and used them for personal purposes and not for benefit of daughter
  • Committed acts where harm was foreseeable
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Ronnie practices at 160 Iowa Lane in Cary, North Carolina.
