Attorney Edwin Parry of Bountiful, UT; ethical gremlin  

The state of Utah presented Edwin B. Parry with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Eddie!)
• Failed to act with candor toward tribunal
• Failed to respect the rights of third persons
• Completely ignored communications from opposing counsel
• Made false statement to Screening Panel of the Ethics and Discipline Committee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Eddie practices at 3197 Crestview Circle in Bountiful, Utah.
