Attorney Frank Olivo of Hammonton, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Frank G. Olivo with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Frankie found it acceptable to engage in a conflict of interest by representing one party in a business transaction and subsequently representing the opposite party in a lawsuit arising from the same transaction.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Frankie practices at 460 South White Horse Pike in Hammonton, New Jersey.
