Attorney Richard Diamond of Millburn, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Richard Scott Diamond with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Made a false statement of material fact to a court
  • Filed certifications in court making numerous references to physiological records which were in fact not attached to the filings with the court
  • Failed to identify in writing to the husband or to trustee the specific trust documents that Dick required to support the relief he requested in a cross motion

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Dick practices with Milburn & Milburn PA in Milburn, New Jersey.
