Attorney Barry Beran of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical dwarf  

The state of New Jersey presented Barry J. Beran with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client he was unable to negotiate credit card pay-off balances
• Failed to inform client of avenues available to client re: credit card balances
• Did not advise client of results she could expect if she declined to take any action regarding credit card balances

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.  

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Barry practices at 102 Browning Lane in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
