Today’s “IHOP (Flip-Flop)” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Scotty. In the past, he has been the recipient of eight (8) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of five (5) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Since dropping out of college in 1990, Scotty has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-three years (ca. 1993 to 2015). If it weren’t for a government check, Scotty like would have been working as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter store on East Capitol Drive in Milwaukee.

It is painfully clear that Scotty is willing to say anything and/or do anything in order to gain the GOP nomination for President in 2016. And this includes changing his positions on any and all subject matters when he deems it to be advantageous.

Examples of Scotty’s League Leading Flip-Flops are as follows:

• Immigration: For creating pathway to citizenship before he was against it
• Abortion: Decision was between “a woman and her doctor” before saying he’d sign bill banning abortions after 20 weeks
• Ethanol: Criticized that gas required to contain corn-based ethical before by saying “Mandates hurt Wisconsin’s working families” before saying use of ethanol is “something he’s willing to move forward on”
• Right to Work legislation: 2014 said passing right-to-work law would be distraction and urged lawmakers to not address it – before championing the legislation and cheerfully signing it into law
• Common Core: 2011 budget supported Common Core academic standards before saying in summer of 2014 he’d repeal the law

The only position that Scotty hasn’t changed as of March 2015, is the one where he permanently genuflects in honor of the Koch brothers while donning a pair of Industrial Strength Knee pads.

Congrats Scotty; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Flip-Floppers”; you are far too humble.
