Attorney Nancy Lusk of Winter Park, FL; ambulance chaser

The state of Florida provided Nancy Faye Lusk with a law license in 1991.

The Florida State Bar found Nancy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Nancy found it acceptable to violate a number of Bar rules governing advertising. One ad included an illustration of a shark in attack mode, which is “a deceptive, misleading and manipulative visual depiction or portrayal.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
