Attorney Edward Gilbert of Greenville, SC; cheating loser  

The State of South Carolina presented Edward Earl Gilbert with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to maintain complete records of account funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Willfully failed to comply with final judgment of Resolution of Fee Disputes Board

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Eddy practices with Frederick J. Hanna & Associates PC at 220 North Main Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
