Attorney David Gantt of Simpsonville, SC; ethical dwarf  

The State of South Carolina presented David Weldon Gantt with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into a prohibited business transaction with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain client’s written consent to represent clients with adverse interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Dave practices with Legacy Charter School at 106 Burdock Way in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
