Attorney Eugene Goreta of Ecorse, MI; ethical gremlin 

The state of Michigan provided Eugene A. Goreta with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #3 found Eugene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly pay funds client/third person lawfully entitled too
• Failed to hold separate funds which two people claimed an interest
• Coming third party funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tri-County Hearing Panel punished Eugene by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (March 2015), Eugene practices at 4073 West Jefferson Avenue in Ecorse, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
