Attorney David Judah of Macon, GA; thieving loser  

The state of Georgia presented David Lee Judah with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.

The Georgia State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to take reasonable steps to avoid prejudice to clients after withdrawing
• Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to maintain complete records of all client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Withdrew trust funds for personal use

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. Jerry 2015), Dave practices in the Macon, Georgia area.
