Attorney Stephen Stincer of Savannah, GA; lying loser  

The state of Georgia presented Stephen Lee Stincer with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to forward opposing counsel’s discovery request to client
• Failed to respond to discovery requests
• Failed to inform partner on case regarding requested discovery
• Made misrepresentations (lied) to the district court
• As a consequence of Stevie’s lies to the court, the court dismissed his client’s answer and defenses to the pending product liability case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. Jerry 2015), Stevie practices with Cardillo & Stincer PC at 219 West Bryan Street in Savannah, Georgia.
