The state of Georgia presented Neal Henry Howard with a law license in 1991after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Neal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote check on insufficient fund account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Neal by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
