The state of Alabama presented Anthony Chuma Ifediba with a law license after he graduated from Appalachian School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Tony guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Tony found it acceptable to violate the rules of conduct by allowing an employee to directly solicit professional employment on Tony’s behalf of an individual who was involved in a motor vehicle accident with whom Tony did not have any familial or current or prior relationship.

In truth, Tony’s employee was engaged in a little “ambulance chasing” on his behalf.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
