Attorney David Dorn of Birmingham, AL; lying loser  

The state of Alabama presented David Paul Dorn with a law license after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dave guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon being fired
• Knowingly made a false statement of a material fact
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Dave practices at 15 Office Park Circle in Birmingham, Alabama.
