Attorney Robert Johnson II of DC; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Robert Winthrop Johnson II with a law license after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Bobby failed to safeguard and hold in trust funds which he held when a dispute arose among persons claiming an interest in said funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Bobby practices with Johnson Rogers & Clifton LLP at 401 Ninth Street NW in Washington, DC.
