Attorney Richard Morton of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Richard F. Morton with a law license in 1989.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Neglected a divorce matter entrusted to him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (April 2016), Dick practices with the Law Office of Richard R. Morton PC at 5189 South Archer Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
