Rep. Don Young (R-AK): Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Rep. Don Young (R-AK)

Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

Donnie has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for forty-two years  (1973-2015). If it wasn’t for a federal paycheck, Donnie may well be working as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter at 8900 Old Seward Highway in Anchorage.

During a recent (03/05/14) hearing of the House Natural Resources Committee, Donnie engaged in an exchange with Interior Secretary Sally Jewell. Donnie argued that gray wolves should be removed from the endangered species list, and criticized the Park Service and his congressional colleagues who seek to protect the animals.

Donnie then said the following:

  • “How many 9of you have got wolves in your district? None. None. Not one.”
  • “We’ve 79 congressmen sending you a letter, they haven’t got a damn wolf in their whole district.”

The Humanitarian finished off his rant by saying:

  • “I’d like to introduce them in your district.”
  • “If I introduced them in your district, you wouldn’t have a homeless problem anymore.”

Maybe if we introduced moron eating bears to Donnie’s area, we would no longer have a Moron problem in DC.

Congrats Donnie; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Humanitarians”; you are far too humble.
