Attorney Gene Edlin of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Gene Kenneth Edlin with a law license in 1962 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

Gene found it acceptable to mismanage a total of $5,299 in client funds in regards to two (2) real estate matters.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Gene practices at 3800 North Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois.

Caution: Gene does not carry legal malpractice insurance
