Attorney Kenneth Mair of Lauderhill, FL; moronic slacker

The state of Florida provided Kenneth Saint George Mair with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to reasonably consult with the client as to the means by which the client’s objectives were to be accomplished
• Failed to promptly inform the client of any decision or circumstance wherein the client’s informed consents was required

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Kenny practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Offices of Kenneth Mair in Lauderhill, Florida.
